Orders & payment

How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you love to your bag and check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers – we never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes – WhatsApp us on 082 677 0660 as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can still return it within 7 days of delivery (see Returns).

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery in South Africa is R100, and it's free on orders of R770 or more. Express delivery is R150. International delivery is a flat R310.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch from Pretoria within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 2–5 business days to main centres (up to 7 to outlying areas), and Express about 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to selected countries for a flat R310. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

How do I track my parcel?

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns & warranty

Can I return something?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.

What if something arrives broken or stops working?

Send us your order number and a few photos and we'll replace or refund it, and we cover the courier cost. Every item also carries a 6-month warranty against defects under the Consumer Protection Act. See our Warranty page.

Products

Is everything on the website in stock?

If you can add it to your bag, it's in stock and ready to ship. Quantities are often limited, so if something has sold out, WhatsApp us to ask about restocks.

Can you help me choose a gift?

We'd love to. Send us a WhatsApp or Instagram message with your budget and who it's for, and we'll suggest a few treasures.
