Every piece we sell is covered, so you can buy with confidence.

Your 6-month warranty (Consumer Protection Act)

Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, all goods come with an implied warranty that they are of good quality, in good working order and free of defects for 6 months from delivery. If a product fails within that time through no fault of your own, you may return it and choose:

• a repair,
• a replacement, or
• a full refund.

If we repair an item, the repair itself is guaranteed for a further 3 months.

Manufacturer warranties

Many of our brands, such as KitchenAid, Tefal, Alessi and Bodum, also offer their own manufacturer's warranty, which may extend beyond 6 months. The period and terms are set by the manufacturer and are included with the product. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase – we're happy to help you with a manufacturer claim.

What isn't covered

• normal wear and tear, including scratches or discolouration from everyday use;
• damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or not following the care and use instructions;
• commercial use of products intended for home use; and
• products that have been altered or repaired by someone else.

How to make a claim

1. WhatsApp 082 677 0660 or email wealthduohq@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a video.
2. We'll confirm the next steps and arrange for the item to come back to us – at our cost for valid claims.
3. Once we've assessed it, we'll repair, replace or refund it, as you choose.
